What is possible to have in your own design

SeP can use the Bank iD bank selection page, or it can prepare its own bank selection guide in its environment, adapted to its needs, according to its own system design, subject to the following rules:

Mandatory elements for customized bank selection

  • The Bank iD logo MUST be placed visibly with a click on Bank iD website and in accordance with the rules stated on the page Bank ID logo and in Brand manual Bank iD.
  • Bank logos for your own selection of banks are loaded via /api/v1/banks.
  • Service /api/v1/banks returns only the currently available banks.
  • The signpost for selecting banks should be responsive and should be displayed correctly on all devices.
  • The following text MUST appear below the bank tiles: "Bank identity, a.s. Privacy policy.” It is not possible to place this text, for example, in a modal window, where the user would get to via a link or via a button from the selection of banks.

Recommended features for customized bank selection

  • Information about the Bank iD service, the possibilities of its use and its security, - e.g. in the form of a modal window. Texts, the overall tonality can be adjusted to the own communication tone of the given SePa.
  • Link to "Didn't find your bank here" i.e. information about a situation where the user's preferred bank does not support the Bank iD service or has a technical outage. visualize separately using an inactive bank tile including a tooltip with an explanation.
  • Link "Steps to verify identity via Bank iD" or "Steps to sign a document via Bank iD" - e.g. in the form of a modal window. Texts.
  • List of steps when signing a document is different from identity verification:

    • When signing a document, the user usually sees a preview of the signed document in the SePa environment before selecting a bank.
    • After selecting a bank, the pre-authorization page in the Bank iD environment is displayed to the user.
    • After signing the document, a screen in the SePa environment usually follows with information on where the signed document is available (link to download the document, SeP will send the document to the user by email, the document will be available to the user in the client zone, etc.)
  • The selection of banks should be user-accessible according to the directive WCAG guidelines.
