UX and prototypes

1. UX recommendations

If the user has more than one identity or signature verification method on offer when using SePa services, we recommend putting Bank iD first.

As part of the Bank iD verification or signature process itself, we recommend informing the user in an appropriate way:

  • about the Bank iD service, its advantages, possibilities of its use and its security
  • about the SePa service, which uses Bank iD for identity verification or signature
  • about the steps that await users in the verification or signature process
  • about the state (step) the user is currently in:
    • the user has successfully logged in / logged out
    • the user has successfully authenticated or signed the document
    • the user has successfully pre-filled the form thanks to Bank iD identity verification
    • if an error occurred - information about the error and specifying what error occurred

Suitable tools for informing the user are, for example, a modal window or a status screen. Texts.

2. Prototypes

We have prepared samples of Bank iD services serving as a model for the correct implementation of Bank iD services on SePa websites and applications.

For example, we use the sample "Bank" and the sample "SePa".
